Alongside LeBron James and Neymar, a new athlete will arrive in the Fortnite Icon category. The name of the beast is Naomi Osaka, a Japanese tennis player who has won four Grand Slams (two US Opens and two Australian Opens).
Osaka was the first Asian woman to become No. 1 on the solo table of the World Women’s Tennis Rankings. At only 24 years old, she is a pretty big figure in the sport.
The tennis player will have two different uniforms in Fortnite. Both styles depict a part of the Eastern culture of which he is a part.
The skins will be available on March 3, but there will be a championship this Wednesday (02) in which the winners will win the costumes at no cost. So far, it’s unknown how many V-Bucks will be needed to redeem the character in the store.
Assassin’s Creed in Fortnite
Ezio Auditore could be coming to the battle royale very soon. The “FortniteBR” Twitter profile has leaked images and videos of the Assassin’s Creed-inspired skin, and it looks like the character from the Ubisoft series will be available in the store.
For the moment, Epic Games has not confirmed the cameo, but it is very likely that the information will be confirmed in the coming days. Check out more details here!
