The team takes action to improve the game.
Amazon has banned more than a million Lost Ark accounts, which it claims belonged to bots.
Through the popular MMO Action RPG’s official forums, the company claims that since launch, bots have been a problem for the game and that they are working on tools to identify and remove them.
The team advises that such a large number of banned accounts could mean that some have been incorrectly flagged as bot accounts and urges you to get in touch to resolve the situation if necessary. This was done to improve the Lost Ark experience for legitimate players and is just the first step.
Going forward, the team wants to keep improving Lost Ark and removing cheats or inappropriate behavior is an important part of that goal.
Our team has been hard at work creating tools and methods to identify and remove bots from the game. Today (3/4) we will remove over 1 million illegitimate accounts that have been determined to be bots.
