The Central Administrative Court of the South rejected the appeal presented by the Portuguese Football Federation and acquitted Benfica of the sanction of a match behind closed doors for allegedly supporting organized groups of unlegalized supporters.

The decision was rendered by the Disciplinary Board on October 20, 2020 and the Incarnates filed an injunction and appealed to this Court.

At stake was the 22nd round match of the 2019/2020 season, at Barcelos, against Gil Vicente.
