The game will put the player in charge of one of the main motorsport category teams
In the afternoon of this Monday (7), the Formula 1 announced that it will launch a new game later this year, this time in director. The game titled “F1 Manager 2022”, will be a simulator, where the player will take on the role of a Formula 1 team manager.
Have you ever thought of “taking” the place of big names in the category, such as Toto Wolff, of Mercedes, Christian Horner, of Red Bull Racing and Mattia Binotto, of Ferrari. However, it will not be easy, because in addition to experience, the player will have to complete challenges with each training and race.
In a press interview, Formula 1 Sporting Director Ross Brawn commented on the new game in the world’s leading motorsport category.
“It’s great to see F1 Manager 2022 take shape and to be able to see this exciting game come to life. I know from experience that leading a team in Formula 1 can be challenging, but it’s certainly rewarding. The F1 Manager franchise is a excellent opportunity for the fans to put themselves in the shoes of a team leader and live a bit of that experience,” said the ex-Ferrarista.
Information about the game’s launch and pricing has yet to be released. However, it has been revealed that the game will be made in partnership with production company Frontier and will be available for the Xbox Series X | S, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, PlayStation 4, and also for computers.
