Powerful T: New iPad Air has similar performance to iPad Pro with M1 chip benchmark

Speaking of score, the Cases Air 2022 score 7200 points in single-core multi-core and 1700, with performance equivalent to Cases Pro with the same processor. Compared to the previous generation, the new tablet has a processor up to 70% faster than that of the Apple A14 Bionic.

For comparison purposes, The Pro 7326 cases scored points on multi-core and 1719 points on single-core, outperforming the 16-inch MacBook Pro with Intel Core i9.

Thus, Apple is expected to equip future generations of the iPad Pro with Apple Silicon M2, which is expected to succeed the current chip, putting it on a higher level than the iPad Air.

Talking a bit more about Silicon M1, we have an 8-core processor, an octa-core GPU and also a 16-core neural processor with unified RAM, which makes multitasking even faster.
