There are changes to the management of Altice Portugal. The telecommunications operator announced on Friday a series of changes aimed at the Portuguese management but also the international management structure of the group.

Alexandre Fonseca, who was executive chairman of Altice Portugal for four years, is leaving to take up an international position within the group. The information has already been communicated to workers at Altice Portugal. The Portuguese leader will coordinate operations in different countries, says Altice, with the executive assuming the role of co-CEO and responsible for group operations, notably at Altice Europe.

“This new management structure will have, in addition to Alexandre Fonseca, Malo Corbin as co-CEO responsible for finance and mergers and acquisitions. [fusões e aquisições] and also with David Drahi as co-CEO and head of development and technology,” says Altice Portugal.
