The Portuguese market opened the session with unclear trading, with CTT’s correction reversing Altri’s strong gains, in the last session the index traded as PSI-20. At the end of the session loses the “20” and four sides.
The still PSI-20 continues to advance just 0.04% to 5,695.20 points, with eight stocks up, eight down and three unchanged. In Europe, the day is also mixed, the markets of the Old Continent trading with different trends.
Featured in today’s session is Altri. The company jumped 3.02% to 6.15 euros, after yesterday announcing a profit of 123.7 million euros in 2021, an increase of 400.7% compared to 24.7 million euros of consolidated net income attributable to the parent company in 2020.
The list of biggest risers follows two of the companies saying goodbye to the national benchmark today: Novabase up 1.89% and Ramada up 0.84%.
The other two exiters – Pharol and Ibersol – were in the first few minutes of stable trading at 8 cents and 5.52 euros, respectively.
Conversely, CTT, which climbed yesterday in reaction to the good results and the “repurchase” announced by the company, continues to correct today. Bonds fell 3.85% to 4.50 euros.
EDP is still under pressure, falling 0.23% to 4.29 euros, and EDPR, which is down 0.09% to 22.22 euros.
Novabase, Pharol, Ibersol and Ramada trade today for the last time on the national benchmark stock index. After the close of the session, they say goodbye to the PSI, which is no longer 19 to have only 15 listed following the revision of the index which is now materializing, after the announcement made last August .
