The update brings new weapons and maps for the player to explore
The Ascent, a cyberpunk-style game with a top view (top camera), released its first DLC this Thursday (18). Titled Cyber Heist, the expansion features new maps and weapons, including a spinning Katana. To celebrate the launch, Curve Games released a trailer for The Ascent: Cyber Heist, featuring plenty of frantic action and revealing some of the content available in the DLC.
The expansion will include six main missions in addition to side missions, ten new locations to explore, five new weapons and, for the first time in the game, melee weapons will also be available. According to the description of Cyber Heist the DLC is suitable for players who have completed the main campaign. O new content offers up to 4 player co-op and only the host needs to have completed the main bell for everyone to enjoy the new quests. “Your team still haven’t caught up with you? No problem, as long as you’ve completed the main campaign as host, your team can help you!”describes the game’s official page on Steam.

Originally released on July 29, 2021 on PC, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X|S, The Ascent received strong reviews and delighted gamers. Later the game was also released on Playstation 4 and Playstation 5. Cyber Heist DLC released this Thursday the 18th, for all platforms simultaneously.
