THE BALL – Attention, Benfica: Juventus draw with the former eagle to miss the penalty (Italy)

Juventus drew when visiting Fiorentina (1-1), on the fifth day of the Italian championship. The Turin team, we recall, is Benfica’s opponent in Group H of the Champions League.

And things even got off to a good start for Allegri’s men when two new faces called to open the scoring: Kostic passed to Arkadiusz Milik (9′) to score. Kouamé (29th) scored the draw for Florence, who had a golden opportunity to take the lead.

Former Benfica player Luka Jovic (44th) hit the crossbar from the penalty spot.

With this result, Juventus are in fourth place with nine points, one behind Atalanta (visiting Monza) and Roma (against Udinese). Fiorentina are in 10th place with six points.
